The Mesa

Situated on dramatic, elevated topography, The Mesa is Summerlin's southernmost village to date and one of its most distinctive. The nearly 500-acre residential village, which is nestled against the Spring Mountains, features a desert contemporary architectural style. The Howard Hughes Corporation commenced development on The Mesa village in 2004.
